These are the 3 most common parts that fail in a PD3 charger. The circuit breaker, the relay board assembly, and the heatsinks.
All parts are easy to install.
All parts are OEM, not cheap aftermarket parts!
ALSO, DO NOT TRY TO SOLDER your own parts onto the relay circuit board, it is not worth trouble or the headaches.
There are some out there trying to sell small parts to solder on to the small circuit board, BAD IDEA!
You will most probably damage the circuit board, and end up coming back and have to buy the factory part anyway.
This kit is made for the Powerdrive 3 model
# 26580 charger, with the 2 heatsinks. This is the oem upgrade that Lester came out with to make the install with the 2 heatsinks, easier!
NOTE - THE 2 HEATSINKS ARE DIFFERENT, THEY ARE NOT 2 OF THE SAME BOARDS. SO DON'T TRY TO CHEAP OUT AND BUY 2 OF THE SAME HEATSINKS SOMEWHERE, YOU WILL BE SORRY !
If you have a Powerdrive 3 model # 26560, you can still install this kit in that charger, but if you want to with the OEM Rectifier, then we sell that kit also, in a different auction.
